Awesome Realtor!! My husband and I recently moved from Ontario to Steinbach. While searching properties in Manitoba we found Jennifer's name on one of the listings and reached out to her. Right from the start she listened to what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find a home as soon as possible because our house in Ontario had already sold. No question, text or phone call was ever a problem. We faced a few challenges, one of which was not being able to fly to Manitoba due to Covid to look at houses. Jennifer worked closely with our son and found the perfect home for us and the offer was handled quickly and efficiently. She even arranged to have the grass cut prior to our arrival. She also came to make sure everything was in working order and clean. Thank you Jennifer for the welcome surprise.

Extremely unprofessional. She showed my house with slightly lower commission. She was very pushy to get them onto any other place to get a few more bucks in her pocket. She's also very pushy I watched her try everything for 10 min trying to get them to offer on another place that day when clearly they weren't ready to. Buyers are making a life changing purchase and she's just worried about what she gets out of the deal not whats best for you.

Where do I even begin… I was scrolling realtor.com and came across a cute house that my fiancé & I hoped to go see on a weekend when we were in lorette. It was probably 8:30pm and I figured I’d give the listing agent (Jennifer) a call and just leave a message for her to hear the next morning. Little did I know she would answer that night !! From that night I knew If this house wasn’t the one, that Jennifer would find the one for us! Buying a house is not easy… no one prepares you for the millions of emotions you feel as you fall in love with these houses you’re looking at & putting offers in on but then losing them cause someone bids higher. . . Jennifer is so invested in her clients, that she was crying and laughing with us through this whole journey… She was always just a text or call away & when we were ready to throw in the towel and take a break because we were so defeated & didn’t know what to do .. she dug in deeper and she found our dream house… a new build! Most people would think once you find your house you thank your realtor and you to your separate ways.. but not with Jennifer. I am SO grateful that she found our house for us but even more grateful through it all we made a life long friend. Jen was amazing!! Was the fastest, smoothest, sale I've seen... And I sell vehicles for a living. She was super informative, very positive, and helped stage our house and it was sold within a week... 10/10 would recommend to a friend!!

If you want a sold sign on your front yard, Jennifer is the only way to go. Unbelievable energy and focus on you and the sale of your house. She eats, breaths and sleeps real estate. I had soo many questions, serious and stupid, and she answered every single one. I had my house listed for over 3 months with another agent and hardly any showings with 2 poor offers that i just outright refused. That being said, i had my guard up and wasn't very excited about listing my house again. After a google search, i saw Jennifer. Her reviews were perfect. I even asked where her bad reviews are. She said i dont have any. Cmon every business has at least one. Well........i can definitely see why she has none. Professional, hard working, knowledge, and energy that cant be matched. Sold my house for a great price and in only 8 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She deserves and worked hard for my 5 star review and i would give more stars if this would allow it. I really believe every property for sale in Winnipeg and surrounding areas should have a Jennifer Plett sign on it!
